Marcus Logan gets framed for the theft of a top secret defense chip. Signs begin to point towards America as being responsible. Only problem: America built a giant wall around the entire country more than 100 years ago and no one has been in or out since. But it seems they have as someone “pinched the chip” as Logan puts it.
